Section 1: Definitions

"Opinion" shall mean any thought, belief, statement, implication, silence, expression, non-expression, emoji usage, punctuation choice, or vibes that may be construed as taking a position on anything.

• Silence is also an opinion
• Having no opinion is also an opinion

Section 3: Liability

Opinion Lifecycle TrackerTM assumes no liability for opinions that are lost, damaged, misinterpreted, correctly interpreted, celebrated, condemned, or memory-holed during transit.

Section 4: Arbitration

All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted by a panel of your most aggressive Twitter followers.
